We are delighted to welcome you to our website.
Our restaurant opened in 1974 as Wernesgrüner Beer Hall, then from the 1990s became Steffl Beer Hall. However, since these draft beers were discontinued in Hungary, we renamed it Bem Restaurant.
We are a genuine Retro Restaurant.
We have preserved its original character and it looks exactly the same as it did in the 1970s.
Our cuisine is reimagined without losing tradition - we strive to ensure that anyone who visits us can experience the flavors of traditional Hungarian dishes. We try to transport you back to the 70s, giving you a glimpse of where our parents and grandparents used to go - both through the atmosphere and our delicious, hearty meals - so that you can spend your time here as pleasantly as possible.
